All sales on KeyUpMart.com are made by OMNITRA TRADING FZE, and your contract of
sale is with OMNITRA TRADING FZE. TECHLOGIT LLC provides customer support for
KeyUpMart customers in the United States.

2. Scope
These Terms apply to all purchases made on KeyUpMart.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to register or place an order.
- We do not sell to, or provide services in, countries or to persons subject to OFAC, UN, EU, UK or UAE sanctions.
- You must provide accurate information, including a valid email address for delivery.
4. Orders
4.1 Product descriptions on our website are an invitation to order, not a binding offer.
4.2 By clicking the final order button, you submit a binding order. The contract is formed when we send your order confirmation by email or deliver your licence, whichever happens first.
4.3 We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of suspected fraud, a pricing error or unavailability. If we cancel after payment, we will refund you in full.
4.4 Contracts are concluded in English.
5. Prices and Payment
5.1 Prices are shown in the currency selected on our website (USD, EUR, GBP, CAD or AED) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. There are no delivery charges.
5.2 We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe and Tap Payments and may require 3D Secure authentication from your bank.
5.3 We do not store card details. All payment data is handled directly by our payment providers.
5.4 Your card statement will show the charge as KEYUPMART or a similar descriptor.
5.5 The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile.
5.6 Cardholders should keep a copy of their transaction records and of our policies.
5.7 If you pay in a currency different from your card’s currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees. We are not responsible for these charges.
5.8 If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
6. Delivery
6.1 All products are digital. No physical items are shipped.
6.2 Licence keys, download links and activation instructions are delivered by email and in your account dashboard, usually within minutes and no later than 24 hours after payment.
6.3 If you have not received your order within 24 hours, please check your spam folder and contact [email protected] with your order number.
7. Licences and Use of Software
7.1 We sell licence keys that give you the right to use the software described on the product page (edition, licence type, number of devices and duration).
7.2 Use of the software is governed by the publisher’s own licence agreement (for example Microsoft, Adobe or Autodesk). By activating the software, you agree to that publisher’s terms.
7.3 You do not acquire any ownership or intellectual property rights in the software.
7.4 Licence keys are for your own use and may not be resold or shared unless the publisher’s terms allow it.
7.5 Microsoft, Windows, Office, Adobe, Acrobat, Photoshop, Autodesk, AutoCAD and Canva are trademarks of their respective owners. KeyUpMart is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.
8. Subscription Products
8.1 Some products, such as Microsoft 365, Autodesk and Canva, are subscriptions valid for a fixed period (for example 1 or 3 years), as stated on the product page. They are not lifetime licences.
8.2 Subscriptions purchased from KeyUpMart do not renew automatically, and we will never charge your card again without a new order.
8.3 The subscription period starts on activation unless the product page states otherwise.
9. Right to Cancel, Returns and Refunds
9.1 30-day money-back guarantee: you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if your licence key has not been activated or used, or if it does not work and we cannot provide a working replacement.
9.2 Digital content: because licence keys are delivered immediately, customers in the UK and EU agree at checkout to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal ends once the licence key has been delivered. This does not affect our 30-day guarantee in section 9.1.
9.3 Refunds are not available for licence keys that have already been activated or used, except where the key is faulty.
9.4 Refunds can be requested from your account dashboard, via live chat, or by email to [email protected].
9.5 Refunds are processed within 7 business days and are made only to the original method of payment. Your bank may take a few additional days to show the refund.

10. Customer Account
10.1 You can create an account to view your orders, licence keys and refund requests.
10.2 You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
10.3 We may suspend accounts used for fraud or in breach of these Terms.
11. Warranty and Replacement
11.1 We guarantee that every licence key we deliver is genuine and valid for activation at the time of delivery.
11.2 If a key does not activate, contact us and we will provide a replacement or a refund.
11.3 Technical support and software updates are provided by the software publisher. We will assist you with installation and activation.
12. Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention
12.1 Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
12.2 We may verify orders, request additional information, or cancel orders we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent.
12.3 If a chargeback is filed on a delivered order, we will provide our order and delivery records to the payment provider, and we may cancel the related licence where technically possible.
13. Discount Codes and Vouchers
13.1 Discount codes are valid only for the period and products stated, cannot be exchanged for cash, and only one code may be used per order.
13.2 Gift vouchers can only be redeemed on KeyUpMart.com and are valid for 3 years from purchase.
14. Prohibited Use
You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose, to place fraudulent orders, to use stolen payment details, or to interfere with the website’s security or operation.
15. Intellectual Property
All content on KeyUpMart.com, including text, design, logos and graphics, belongs to KeyUpMart or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission. Product names and logos of software publishers remain the property of their respective owners.
16. Limitation of Liability
16.1 Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
16.2 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data or profits, resulting from the use of the software.
16.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
17. Privacy
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We never sell your personal data.
18. General
18.1 Force majeure: we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as outages of payment providers, software publishers’ activation servers or internet services.
18.2 Severability: if any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in full effect.
18.3 Entire agreement: these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us for your order.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
19.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
19.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this website or your order shall be subject to the courts of Dubai, UAE.
19.3 If you are a consumer, this does not remove any mandatory protection you have under the laws of your country of residence.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your order applies to that order.
